As far as my tutoring experience goes, I have only taught juniors in my boarding school in subjects such as Chemistry, Biology and Mathematics at Higher Levels (all of which, were subjects that I offered during the course of the International Baccalaureate programme) whenever they consulted me with any questions or queries. I would always aid my juniors to the best of my ability as I had always enjoyed teaching and helping my juniors. I would seldom rest before they fully understood the subject matter. Overall, I think I would make a good tutor as I am passionate about teaching others and making an improvement to their current lives that would lead to better life options in future. Other characteristics that would make me a good tutor would be that I am a very approachable and patient individual and I am also persistent in a sense that I will not give up so easily if my student is in any doubt about something. I am self-motivated and I will have the utmost concern for the welfare of my students, both academic and non-academic.
